Conygres is
located on Old London Road which runs behind (to the North of) Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire
(UK). Old London Road links the B4060, the Dursley Road on the eastern edge of
Wotton and the B4058 to the north east of Wotton on the road towards Stroud.
From the M5
Leave at
Junction 14, travel east signposted to Wotton and Charfield. At the main
junction turn left on to the B4058 and follow the road down the hill and
through Charfield (watch out for traffic calming through 30 mph area). Continue
on the B4058 at the roundabout and follow it up the hill and in to Wotton. Immediately
after passing Bear Street Motors, turn left at the T-Junction. Follow this road
for about a third of a mile and on taking care on the S-Bend take the sharp
right turn in to Old London Road. Drive up the hill and after the road levels, Conygres
is about 200m on the right.
From the M4
Leave at
Junction 18, take the A46 north towards Stroud. At the first set of traffic
lights filter left towards Yate and Chipping Sodbury. At the first roundabout
take the last exit and follow this road around Chipping Sodbury until reaching
the B4060. Turn right on to the B4060 and follow it through Wickwar and
Kingswood. Shortly after passing Katharyne Lady Berkeley’s School on you left, turn
right at the T-Junction and drive up the hill in to Wotton. Immediately after
passing Bear Street Motors, turn left at the T-Junction. Follow this road for
about a third of a mile and on taking care on the S-Bend take the sharp right
turn in to Old London Road. Drive up the hill and after the road levels, Conygres
is about 200m on the right.
